Alan Parkinson

Alan Parkinson

Nominated Individual & Director of Business Development

Alan has overall responsibility for the company’s growth and development. Having looked after his mother at home he is well aware of the difficulties involved in finding satisfactory care and fully understands the expectations of service-users and their relatives. Alan has run several companies and brings with him a wealth of experience, knowledge and expertise. His role is to ensure that the company grows by its excellent reputation and quality of care and to ensure that clients receive a reliable, flexible and quality-driven service that allows them to remain in their own homes independently for as long as possible.  

Sandra Nadal-Tombe

Sandra Nadal-Tombe

Registered manager & director of operations

Sandra’s remit is to oversee the day-to-day running of business operations and to ensure that service-users remain at the front and centre of everything. She is also tasked with building a strong team that is fully committed to providing the very best of care. Qualified to Level 5 in Health and Social Care (Management), Sandra also holds an Advanced Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling and has worked in the health and social care sector for more than 12 years. Previous roles have included registered manager of a care company and volunteer counsellor.

Precy Subba

Precy Subba

Director of administration  

Precy has 20 years’ experience in delivering care and support to the community. Previously employed as a care company director of administration, she is highly experienced at ensuring that the right applicants are recruited and appropriately trained. Precy holds a NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social care and is responsible for all processes and procedures concerning administrative compliance.  

Peter Tombe

Peter Tombe

Director of finance

Peter is responsible for all staff payroll, finance, invoicing and cash flow issues. He holds an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care and has worked in the sector for more than 12 years. Previous roles have included support worker, autism practitioner, team leader and line manager and he has the skills and knowledge required to support his fellow directors and other colleagues.
