How it works


  • How do we meet?

    Come to us directly by getting in touch here

    Alternatively you can be referred to us by the Local Authority or by Social Care and Health staff.

  • Can I have someone with me?

    We will arrange a chat with you and your carer/loved ones, as well as any social care and health staff, if any are involved.

  • What is the purpose of the meeting?

    It's an opportunity for you to get to know us - and for us to get to know you in the comfort of your home and in strictest confidence.

  • Is it an assessment?

    The meeting is sensitively handled and enables us to identify your needs with your carer/loved ones. You or they will be able to ask any questions that arise.

What do you need?


  • I have lots of questions

    We listen to any queries or concerns that you may have.

  • What happens next?

    We come up with a plan together that will direct the services tailored for you and around you. Always keeping you in control.

  • How many visits?

    The visits are pre-arranged around your specific needs, and you are able to choose the amount of support you receive, either daily or a few times a week.

  • Are the plans flexible?

    No plan is set in stone. We will regularly review your needs and provide a flexible care support to accompany you however long you need us to.

  • What if I'm worried about something?

    We are always looking for new ways to improve the services we offer so we will count on everyone including our staff, multidisciplinary team members and most importantly, you and your family to let us know how we are doing. We will listen to your comments, concerns and suggestions to improve your care experiences by providing services to the highest quality.
